An innovative approach to language software for aphasia
Language professionals play a key role in the effectiveness of SentenceShaper, not only because people with aphasia may need help in learning how to use the software program, but also because SentenceShaper's flexibility allows the clinician to be creative, tailoring it to the patient's needs. We are very eager to receive feedback or questions, so please feel free to contact us.
Note: The information currently on this site is refers almost exclusively to the original (and discontinued) version of the program. We will be updating the site for SentenceShaper 2 during the next month. However, both the old and new versions of the program incorporate the same basic technology to help people create better speech...the new version just has more bells and whistles, and increased flexibility, in order to make the program more interesting to use and more easily incorporated into language therapy and community-based activities.

In the future, we plan to include on our website links to clinicians and clinics using SentenceShaper, so please contact us if you are familiar with the program and would be willing to be listed on our site. This would help people with aphasia find a clinician who knows how to use the program. Also please contact us if you are willing to share new suggestions about using SentenceShaper with other clinicians, families, or survivors.
